Phil joined the management team in 2005. Prior to returning to Chattanooga from Nashville, Phil was a vice president in the finance department of a national hospital company.  There he focused on developing capitalization and growth models for acquisition opportunities as well as coordinating the acquisition research efforts of the company and interested investors.  Phil plans to utilize his experience in business development and capital structuring to help the company grow. 

Phil has a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
