Bill is the General Manager of Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty, Inc. and Principal Broker of the Dayton TN office. In addition to his duties as broker of the Dayton office, he has the responsibility of analyzing market and economic trends that influence the real estate market to insure that the sales associates and staff have the most up-to-date information, techniques, tools, and technology. His goals are to keep both his office and the company on the leading edge to better meet the needs of its customers and clients and to maintain an office environment that will make your real estate transaction a pleasant experience.

Believing that one should never stop learning, he is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and has earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, the highest award real estate brokerage managers can receive.

Bill served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union for several years. He is a past president of the Brainerd-East Hamilton County Branch of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, a past president of the Citizens Taxpayers Association of Hamilton County and has served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors. He is a past president of both the River Counties Association of Realtors and the River Counties MLS Board. In 2004 he was recognized as the River Counties Association’s Realtor of the Year. 

In addition to his real estate training his background includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff School and is retired from the Army Reserve.

Believing that it is important to support the community in which you work, Bill is a member of the Dayton Rotary Club, the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and the Rhea County Economic and Tourism Council.
