Ann Martin serves as Sales Manager and Trainer for the Chattanooga office of Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty, Inc. She joined the company in 1998 and has facilitated our growth through selective agent recruitment and focused training. Her goal is to increase our agents' productivity and knowledge base through progams like Coldwell Banker's Fast Start, designed to help them reach their full potential, and weekly training sessions during sales meetings. 

Ann is a graduate of California State University of Fullerton (BA) with over 15 years experience in Real Estate. While in California, she was Managing Broker for a real estate company in which she held an ownership interest. In addition to our respect, she holds the following designations: Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Graduate of the Realtor's Institute of California (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRRS). Ann continually updates her training as an educator.
